Questions, answered.
Are peptides legal?
Some are, when prescribed by a licensed clinician and compounded by a licensed pharmacy for you individually. That's the only way we offer them. Rules differ by compound and by state, and they change. We only offer what's permitted where you live.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't verify their safety or effectiveness. They're prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy for an individual patient based on a prescription. Where an FDA-approved option fits your goals, your clinician will tell you.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Most care is asynchronous: you complete an intake, and a clinician reviews it and messages you. If you'd like to talk, or your state requires a live visit, you can join the next available clinician by video without booking.
Which states do you serve?
We're launching nationwide, state by state. Join the waitlist with your state and we'll tell you the moment we're live there.
Do I need labs?
For most protocols, yes. Upload recent results or we'll arrange a draw near you. Labs help your clinician decide what's safe and let you see whether it's working.
What if I'm not a good fit?
Your clinician will tell you plainly and explain why. You're never charged for medication a clinician doesn't prescribe.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your health information is encrypted and handled under HIPAA. We never sell your data.
